NAIROBI FASHION WEEK BIGGER AND BETTER

Kenya’s fashion scene has seen a trajected rise. From notable fashion brands to a bee hive of actvities within the fashion scene, the country is surely positioning itself as a regional fashion hub.

With more fashion tourists expected to visit the country during the annual Nairobi fashion week which will be held at Garden city on November 28. The event brings together designers from South Africa, Ghana, and Kenya.

This is in line with positioning the event as a Pan-african brand. Designers list are as follows Bertha Owusu of Lumiere Couture, Ami Yomekpe of Afro Mod Trends of Ghana, Sarah Madingwana of the Design Parliament from South Africa, Iyke Williams from Ghana, Chilidzy Phaladi of Chilidzy Dee Designs from South Africa, Yvonne Odhiambo of Afrostreet kollections from Kenya, Lisa Christofferson of African Tribal Arts from Kenya, Eunice Mukimba of Dyc Inc from Kenya, Sylvia Omina of Omina Otsieno designs from Kenya, Harriet Patrizi of Oceano Pearls from Kenya, Kaila Fusco of Kaila Fusco from Kenya, Vincent Shikha of Shikhazuri from Kenya, Chloe Mitchell of Drop of a hat from Kenya, Kogo Wear from Kenya, Maryam Oliech of M’oliech Fashion House and Molline Dove from House of Panene in Kenya.
