By  |

Further to the postponement of Jamhuri Reggae Festival 2017 in December, Head Cornerstone Entertainment has announced new dates for the festival.

The event will now be held on March 3 at KICC Comesa Grounds. Headlined by legendary reggae maestro Freddie McGregor, the show will also feature reggae’s preeminent harmony group Culture, featuring Kenyatta Hill, son of legend Joseph Hill.

On stage will also be leading local artists, Jahlyric, R5 (Nazizi, Ras Mtapa Tapa, Lavosti, Jahpila and Levysill) backed by The Roots Connection Band.

Themed, Kenya Moja, the second edition of the festival seeks to not only provide a unique concert experience but to also spread a non-political message of peace love and togetherness as the country exits a long period of electioneering.
