SOUTH AFRICAN KING OF KWAITO MANDOZA DIES AT 38

South African icon and Kwaito star Mandoza has died at 38. His family confirmed that he lost his battle to cancer, about a year after he had been diagnosed with a brain tumour.

Just a few days ago he was on stage at the Thank You SABC concert. Though he was weak but he seemed happy to be on stage.

Mandoza was known for his hit single Nkalakatha, which reached a multi-platinum status. Winning the Song Of The Year category at the South African Music Awards in 2001.

Rest in Peace Mandoza.
