BAKE AWARDS 2017 NOMINEES

The sixth edition BAKE Awards  launched its voting phase for this year’s contest. This year, judges sifted through over 10,000 blogs that were submitted and picked the best in each category.

The judges this year were: Michelle Slater, Ahmed Salim, Akil Ahmed, Muthoni Maingi, Sally Kahiu, Jackson Biko, Dr. Martin,Demas Kiprono, Samuel Majani, Shitemi Khamadi, Samuel Mbugua and Naomi Mutua.

The nominees for this year’s contest include: buzzcentral.co.ke, hairpolitan.com, lindaafya.co.ke and biznews.co.ke Voting begins today and will close on May 9.

To vote in the BAKE Awards, one will need to visit bakeawards.co.ke/vote. Voting will be limited to one vote per person. SMS vote verification has also been introduced this year.

This year’s awards began on January 9 with the launch of the submission phase and will culminate in the awarding of the winners at a gala event on May 13.
