ACTRESS LIZZ NJAGAH GOES ON A 21-DAY WATER FAST
Actress Lizz Njagah reveals she went on a 21-day water fast to lose weight. The mother of two explained she went to extreme lengths to get her body in tip-top shape, “Took my life back. All it took was 21 days of fasting.
I would like to say the drinking nothing but water for 21 days was the hardest thing I have done in my life but if I did, I would be lying. It wasn’t. It was rewarding, frustrating, mind blowing, rejuvenating, etc.
The second water fast I have done in my life ever. The first was 12 days long, I decided to challenge myself and go for 21 days this time. I am glad I did it. I lost some weight which I am sure once I start eating solid food will come back, but I am ok with that.
Most importantly I feel like I am starting with a clean slate, I have the choice of what I would like to nourish my body with now, I can go back to junk or I can eat wholesome healthy food.
