VICTORIA KIMANI DENIES DATING GHANAIAN RAPPER SARKODIE

Kenyan singer Victoria Kimani has dismissed claims that she is dating Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie. Through her Twitter page, the singer asked social media users to stop addressing her as Sarkodie’s wife, noting that he is a married man and people should respect his marriage. “Why y’all keep calling me Sark’s wife? That’s a whole married man, have a little respect,” Victoria wrote. 

In a separate tweet, Victoria wondered why when a female artiste works with her male counterpart they must be interpreted as they are dating. “Is it an African thing? Girl works with a guy, people interpret that as ‘they must be dating’ whe there’s a lot to unpack there,” she wrote. 

Sarkodie is married to Ghanaian entrepreneur Tracy Owusu Addo popularly known as Tracy Sarkcess. In July this year, Sarkcess penned down a lovely message to mark Sarkodie’s 36th birthday. In her message, she said that with the rapper, love becomes the most beautiful thing ever, and prays that they continue making memories together. “Happy Birthday my love with you, love is a beautiful experience! Happy birthday my love! Let’s continue making great memories together,” she wrote.
