ACTOR LENANA KARIBA REVEALS HE DATED BETTY KYALLO

Actor Lenana Kariba has disclosed that he dated media personality Betty Kyallo. Speaking during a Q & A session on Instagram, a fan asked Kariba, “Have you ever dated Betty Kyallo?” He shared a photo of them together and said, “Yes we dated a long time ago when we were young.”

The actor talked about dating his wife Hellen revealing they were both raised in Kenya and the UK, “Kenya has also been home to her. Hellen grew up between the UK and Kenya, her dad was born and raised in Nairobi so it was really easy for us,” wrote the actor. 

Kariba addresses haters saying, “There will always be haters. But it really doesn’t bother us at all. People hiding behind the screens with their venom have no influence over our lives and their words are just empty to us,” he wrote.  

The actor went ahead and explained why his wife doesn’t accept new followers on social media, “I’ve seen y’all have requested her. Please don’t take it personally but wifey isn’t much into social media and keeps her Instagram really small. I don’t think she will be opening it up,” he wrote.  

He also said he would love to have kids, noting that he has been hanging out with his niece and nephews. “I would love to have children. Up until now I’ve only been able to hang out with my niece and nephews so I think it’s time I also added to the family,” he said. 

The actor opened up about his fears and achievements, ”Biggest fear – anything happening to my family. We are super close and I want the absolute best for them in life. Achievements – may be launching my first acting job which placed me where I am today.” 

On living abroad, Kariba said he always saw himself in Kenya, arguing that one can’t really plan for the future. “I never thought I’d have a life abroad, when I thought about my future I always saw myself in Kenya. What I’ve learnt is you really can’t plan for your future as life will throw you curve balls,” he noted.
