‘WILLY PAUL ATTEMPTED TO RAPE ME’ SAYS DIANA MARUA

Newly-unveiled rapper Diana Marua, alias Diana B has accused singer Willy Paul of attempted rape. In a YouTube video, the rapper narrated the horrific experience, disclosing that the incident happened years back when Willy was pursuing her. “A few years ago, this boy called Willy Paul had been pursuing me for a while, it was becoming too much and at that time I remember I was living somewhere around Syokimau, on that day I was at the movie shop and I see Willy Paul, he comes in and he’s being all touchy,” said Diana.

While catching up with Diana, Willy Paul suggested they go and talk in her house but when she refused, the singer said they could talk in his car and Diana agreed.  “I’m there minding my own business and he tells me, ‘let’s go to your house we talk’. I told him I will not allow him in because I don’t know him, he was arrogant and he told me we go to his car to talk. I accepted and got into the car to hear what he had to say. The guy locks the car, puts loud music on and drives off. 

I asked him what he was doing and where we were going but he was not talking, he became touchy and I told myself let me be cool because I don’t know what’s happening. We get to some apartments after Gateway Mall and he tells me we go upstairs to his house but I told him I will not go and asked him to return me where he found me. He got angry, came on top of me and started pulling my skirt up, he tore my skirt and my top. I started screaming and he started choking me.” Marua Added.

When the screams became persistent, Willy Paul backed off, giving Diana a chance to storm out of the car and run for her safety. “Eventually in the process when I was screaming, I think he panicked and he let me go. I got the chance to open the door and ran. My top was torn, my skirt was torn all the way up and I was running like a mad woman and that’s when I spotted a motorbike and went back home. It has taken me so long to even share this story with my husband. It took me three years before I opened up to Bahati about what I went through with his guy.” She said.
