PHOINA TOSHA LAUNCHES MULTI-MILLION COSMETIC LINE AND BEAUTY STORE

Renowned Kenyan Make up Artist Phoina Tosha has officially launched a cosmetic line known as Phoina Beauty Cosmetics. The event which took place at Sebuleni centre located on Riara Road, Ngong road, was also a commemoration of the physical shop which will allow walk-in customers to purchase products as well as receive make-up services.

Full of glitz and glamour following the Pastel Pink theme, with a beautiful set up of white with hints of gold, the guests showed out for the make up boudoir. Hosted by TV personality Amina Abdi the launch saw the presence of Social media influencers, industry players and media. During the launch the 7 expressions of lipstick namely, Rude brown(glossy) , Melanin(matte) Bomb(matte), Skin(matte) Birthday suit (glossy) Sugarplum(matte) and Wine(matte) were unveiled. Phoina hopes to launch several make up products like face powder face foundation including skin care this year. The Phoina make-up kit also has a colour palette and two highlighters. 

Speaking at the event Phoina said that this is a new dawn and a great chapter even for the beauty industry in Kenya. “It’s been ten years in the industry and this products are a reflection of a craft that has been perfected. This products are a representation of every girl gathered here, suitable for all skin tones and skin types”. Phoina thanked all those that have supported her through the years including her mother who was present at the event. In attendance was Rev Lucy Natasha, Joy Kendi, Milly Chebby, Risper Faith, Awinja, Maureen Waititu and Political Asipirant Bahati among others.
