INSIDE ANITA NDERU’S BABY SHOWER

Radio personality Anita Nderu was treated to a surprise baby shower over the weekend by her close friends and family.

In attendance was her cousin actress Sarah Hassan, PR Consultant Lucia Musau and radio presenter Angela Muiruri among other celebrities. “A summary of my afternoon @anitanderu baby shower. The baby shower was all laughter, love, vibes, and Inshallah! I can’t wait to meet Peanut 😍” Wrote Musau.

Anita replied to her post stating, “My Sugar plum❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for spending your afternoon with B, Peanut & I❤️ We love and appreciate you so much! Peanut has the loveliest aunties❤️” 

In July this year, Nderu announced she is expecting her first child by sharing a video of her pregnancy photoshoot. “It has been an interesting couple of months being pregnant. What an experience! Also yaaaay boobs. We want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the congratulatory messages, kind words, messages, calls, your presence, presents, advice and support @barrettraftery and I are so excited and look forward to our new journey as parents.”

On why she went all out with her dramatic pregnancy video, she said, “To say I am in awe of your outpouring love for our pregnancy announcement video is an understatement. Thank you all so much! It was a labour of love and art that took months to plan and was executed by amazingly talented Kenyan creatives I have so much love and respect for, thank you once again for bringing the vision to life in such a way!
