MUSICIAN KRG THE DON TO THROW A DIVORCE PARTY

Musician KRG the Don is set to throw a party to celebrate his divorce from his ex-wife Linah Wanjiru.

KRG took to his socials to announce he is single, “I’m officially single! After my divorce case was closed today,” he said, adding that he did not lose anything to his wife thanks to his lawyers, ”We argued our matter well and we won finally. Thanks to my Legal Team I’m grateful we didn’t lose anything.”

He referred to the whole experience as a learning phase and revealed he will be throwing a divorce party, “I wish everyone to find peace of mind pole pole tu. In this life you can’t reverse some things. We just learn from our mistakes n take heart as for me my #family will always be my number 1 priority as it has always been!! #Peace and #Life is much more important than feuds n back and forth. We should hold a divorce party btw.”

In December 2021, KRG and his estranged wife engaged in a heated online spat fuelled by a ‘meme’ shared by Wanjiru. On her InstaStory, Wanjiru posted a ‘meme’ that was aimed at KRG and depicted him as a man with no masculine power. “Unatafuta dem atalea watoto vizuri, kiasi kiasi kumbe hauna nguvu za kiume (You are looking for a woman who will take good care of the children but you don’t have masculine power).”   

Following the post, KRG fired back claiming that Wanjiru is a serial cheat, “It’s in her DNA to sleep around because she has no brains to think for herself plus right now she is going through depression and her sister is her worst enemy since she wanted her to be on the same level,” wrote KRG. 

The musician further told off Wanjiru, accusing her of selling her body, “I have enough evidence to drop daily until next year. Every time they try me I fire back with more fire. Continue selling your body so that you get upkeep money and legal fees. Or should I post court documents so that they kill themselves,” KRG added. This comes a week after KRG filed for a divorce from Wanjiru. The two share two sons.
