ALEX MWAKIDEU CLOSES HIS RESTAURANT AND CAR WASH

Media Personality Alex Mwakideu has announced the closure of his businesses in Kitengela.

Mwakideu took to his social media page to alert his customers that his car wash Pampered Rides and restaurant Pampered Village are closed until further notice.

“We have closed Pampered Village and Pampered Roles Kitengela Branch. Whatever services you will receive from the premises located behind Ola Petrol Station in Kitengela are not of pampered Enterprises. We will be opening another branch near you very soon. We apologize for all inconveniences caused by this closure and we look forward to serving you again soon,” read Mwakideu’s statement. 

Speaking to Buzz Central in November 2021, Mwakideu said he started his the two businesses during the covid pandemic following a salary slash by his employer. “During the covid 19 pandemic, Mediamax slashed half of our salaries, with half a salary there is a lifestyle you’re used to and your family is used to and I’m the head of the family.

I had the option to either cut down my lifestyle by half or to look for the other half out there. I decided to go and look for the other half and that’s how I started Pampered Rides. I love acting, being on radio and cars so much, so even before I started doing car detailing I used to sell cars,” Mwakideu told Buzz Central.
