Media personality Lilian Muli opened up on the pain she went through in a previous relationship.

The mother of two took to her Insta Stories to explain why women should not give cheaters a second chance, “Never go back to an ex simply because leopards never lose their spots. People don’t change. Tried this once. Cried premium tears. Dude had a heavily pregnant woman on the side. I should just write a book at this rate. Will you buy it?”

In May 2021, the Citizen TV news anchor disclosed why she doesn’t talk about her relationships on social media, “I learnt from my mistakes getting into this industry too young and making a few blunders here and there now I prefer a reasonably quiet life,” wrote Muli.

The media personality also acknowledged that she was in toxic relationships and narrated how she got over them and eventually healed. “I had to also evaluate my contribution, you have to be objective about these issues, it’s not always the other person that is at fault,” wrote Muli.

Muli also spoke on getting married again, saying that she was from a failed marriage and she is not keen about it at the moment. “Been married it was a good run but it didn’t work out. Not really keen on talking about marriage as I am correctly very happy as I am,’ she stated.

On whether she has ever faced a rejection in her life, Muli said, “Yes and it was terrible back then I always questioned myself and my ability and potential but I have worked on my insecurities over the years and now I take it in good stride. I always go for what I want and if I don’t succeed, I try harder and elsewhere.”
