MULAMWAH TAKES LEGAL ACTION AGAINST BABY MAMA
Comedian David Oyando, popularly known as Mulamwah, has taken legal action against his baby mama, Carol Sonnie.
In a legal notice posted on his social media, Mulamwah alleged that Sonnie had labeled him as a deadbeat and had reportedly removed his name from their daughter’s birth certificate.
“You have, without cause, continued to slander our client while simultaneously denying him access to the minor… You created the false impression that our client has refused or declined to share the cost of raising the minor. This is despite your own acknowledgement that on several occasions our client has sent you money via MPesa for upkeep, which money you have reversed back to our client without offering a reason.” Read the notice.
Mulamwah further claimed that the accusation has affected his reputation, “Your defamatory statements have caused significant harm to our client’s reputation among the right -thinking members of society. The consequences of your actions have been exposing our client to online bullying, ridicule and threats of personal harm.”
Mulamwah demands that Sonnie publicly retract the defamatory statements, offer a public apology, and delete all images and videos of their child from her YouTube channel.
In April 2022, through his official Instagram account, Mulamwah publicly denied his daughter. “Keilah is NOT my kid!” He wrote.
