JANET MBUGUA ON RECONNECTING WITH EX-BOYFRIEND

Media personality Janet Mbugua has talked about reconnecting with her high school sweetheart after years apart.

Speaking on her YouTube channel, Janet shared the reasons behind reaching out to him. She wanted to know why they never ended up together.

“I did an entire rewind of somebody who we were kinder together in high school, years later at every juncture in my life he was there and at the bare minimum we are very good friends. I called him and I was like, ‘what do you think we never ended up together?’ He was like, ‘oh!’” Said Mbugua.

She acknowledged that timing played a significant role, “It came down to maybe we just not mature enough and every time we would find ourselves crossing paths again somebody would always step back because they were not ready,” she added. 

Despite the romantic potential that may have existed, Mbugua talked on the importance of their current friendship. “There way it is now we can still get together, spend more time, collaborate. Maybe we may have wanted to try but what we have now as a friendship and it is good.”
