TIKTOKER GLORIA NTAZOLA SPEAKS ON HOW EX-BOYFRIEND SCAMMED HER 900K

By  |

Popular TikToker Gloria Ntazola has opened up about being scammed by her ex-boyfriend, shedding light on a growing trend of online fraud involving individuals posing as traders

Gloria recounted losing Sh900,000 to a man she once trusted. “So a lot of these online traders who claim to be trading—these boys who drive luxury cars, living busy lives—they’re not traders. That’s online scammers,” Gloria said.

She revealed that her ex-boyfriend lured her under the guise of teaching her how to trade, using advanced techniques to extract money from her over several months. The TikTok star admitted the experience left her frustrated and questioning her judgment. “I sadly landed in the hands of one of them who took 900k from me. There  is a unique technique on how they get money from you. I was deeply interested in learning how to trade for a couple of months now. This is like the fourth month. I’m now confident to speak about it, because it was really crazy, like I didn’t see that coming.”

Gloria also revealed he was in a relationship with a scammer in the past, “I dated a scammer before, he was such a gorgeous guy. He was such a beautiful boyfriend to me. I never judged him because he gave me everything I always wanted from him, you know. But don’t lie to me, just tell me the truth, I do understand. There is no one who is not stealing right now. Even the government. Don’t come to me with the vibe of, ooh, I want to teach you trading. You cannot trade for one month and make a huge chunk of like, maybe five or 10 million.

The content creator did not reveal the ex-boyfriend’s identity, “I know you’re going to watch this video and probably you’re keeping up with my stories. I can’t even mention you. I’m not that childish. But maybe we should have just done something great, and made a lot of money, but don’t steal from your kin is a good thing.”

Gloria went on to highlight financial challenges arguing that people are making money in illegal ways, “My degree from University of Nairobi, it will never give me my dream home, car or anything I dream of in not in this country. The only way to get things done it’s to be involved in a deal. I know you’re going to watch this video and probably you’re keeping up with my stories. I can’t even mention you. I’m not that childish. But maybe we should have just done something greater, and made a lot of money, but do not steal from your kin. It is not a good thing.” She concluded.
