Softcare Kenya has responded to recent reports from customers who have expressed concerns about reactions to its sanitary pads

Complaints shared on social media platforms have highlighted issues such as boils, itching, rashes, and irritation, raising questions about the quality and safety of the product. In a statement, Softcare Kenya reiterated its commitment to the health and well-being of its customers, emphasising the company’s dedication to quality and safety.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you place in us and for the feedback you have shared regarding your experience with our purple sanitary pads,” the statement read. “Your voices matter to us, and we are committed to listening, learning, and continually improving to better serve you.” 

The company assured customers that its products undergo regular quality assurance checks and routine inspections by regulatory authorities, consistently meeting required standards. While affirming the integrity of its pads, Softcare acknowledged the discomfort experienced by some users and expressed its commitment to addressing the issue. “we acknowledge the discomfort some of our customers have experienced. We want to reassure you that we do not take such matters lightly. We are in the process of reaching out to the customers who have raised concerns to discuss and understand the issues further.“ 

The company has initiated direct outreach to affected customers to better understand the concerns and identify possible causes.
