DIAMOND LANDS A COLLABO WITH MOHOMBI & CONGOLESE ARTISTE LUMINO

Tanzanian star Diamond has collaborated with international Grammy Awards winner Mohomobi and Congolese artiste Lumino in a song titled Rockonolo. The collabo was born out of a brief meeting between three artists who bumped into each other at the MAMA 2016 in Johannesburg South Africa.

The Congolese singer who is signed to Mohombi’s record label had attended the MAMAS 2016 with Mohombi. At the event they met Diamond Platnumz and Franko and both artists loved his music. The quartet then decided to do a Remix version of Lumino’s Rockonolo single.

The project is part of Mohomobi’s initiative to create an artist platform dubbed #AfricaUnited, with the goal to build bridges between African artists in form of collaboration and mutual support.
