IT’S A NEW DAY FOR WEBI

Soulful singer and songwriter Webi is back with a new song New Day that speaks into Hope for better days ahead, encouraging anyone that is experiencing or has endured disappointment in life, dedicated to the everyday people.

The Airtel TRACE music star winner told Buzz Central the new song is about a fresh beginning, a new slate and the hope for success.

“New Day is inspired by and is about hope for better days ahead; the desire to succeed in whatever one does. The song is an independently produced single, not part of any album,” he said.

“I want the song to encourage anyone dealing with disappointment and discouragement. It’s your ‘Pick-me-up’ anthem. I basically want it to bring on the good vibe, cheer up a downcast soul and make them believe again,” he added.

The single is written, arranged and performed by Webi and produced by Dennis Ihaji at Ihaji Studios. Video directed by Osidiana Moses of Brainworks Films.

Webi started a professional career in music as an artiste in 2003, he has three studio albums Outside my Window, All I Can Say and, Lukundo.

He has released some independent singles including Gonna Be Alright, The Love Stand, Save This Land and New Day.
