I DON’T WANT MY DAD AND MUM TO GET BACK TOGETHER SAYS AKOTHEE’S DAUGHTER VESHA

Akothee’s firstborn daughter Vesha Okello says she doesn’t want her mum and dad to get back together.

In an interview with Radio Jambo, Vesha said their personalities will clash, “I don’t want my dad and mum to get back together because they are different. Mum is crazy and dad is reserved.

They are two good people that are not meant for each other, they were first loves but right now they have different personalities. I don’t think they can live together.”

The 23-year-old also said she did not understand why her parents separated and it took time for her to forgive her dad, “When my parents divorced I was in class four it was a very difficult time for me because I didn’t understand why two people who live together and love each other decided to separate.

I remember there was a time they were fighting and I locked them in a room and told them to sought their issues because I could not take it anymore.

My dad didn’t want to explain to us what was happening so I was confused. When I would watch TV, I would see divorced parents working things out so I didn’t understand why mine didn’t want things sorted.

When mum left it was a very difficult time because nobody knew where she was, there was no communication from her end, it was also hard for dad to raise three girls so he took us to the village live with our grandmother.

It was hard for me to accept he was still my dad. Mom kept on telling us he is still your dad. It took time for me to forgive him because I didn’t understand why he made mum leave.

For me he had a problem, because when they kept fighting my dad looked like he was fighting mum and they never explained to us why they were fighting.”
