Popular Tanzanian model Calisah started dating socialite Vera Sidika after her bitter break up with singer Otile Brown. But he says their relationship started when she was still dating Otile Brown.

In an interview, Calisah revealed Vera bought him an air ticket to Nairobi and he lived with her at her residence in Kitisuru for a month, “I used to chat with Vera on Instagram for a long time even when she was still with Otile Brown.

Then we moved to Whatsapp and we started calling each other a lot on video calls. She wanted me to come and visit her in Nairobi and she got an air ticket for me, I sent her a copy of my passport details on Whatsapp and she sent me the ticket.

At the time I was living with my baby mama, I lied to her I was going to Arusha to shoot a video and I took a flight to Nairobi. When I got to Nairobi I was living at her place that’s when I met Nick Mutuma and started making connections.”

The model also said at time he was still in a relationship with his baby mama and had to go back and be with her, “When I was in a relationship with Vera I didn’t want it public because at the time I was also living with my baby mama in my house. I didn’t want the relationship out and when the photos were released it went viral.

My baby mama used to call me a lot but I didn’t pick the calls because I was with Vera. I used to hang the phone and go to the toilet to talk to her, all the time my phone on ‘no disturb’, it was so hard.
