Auntie Boss actress Sandra Dacha, known to many as Siphrosa has opens up about being sexually abused by a stranger when she was only nine years old.

Sandra revealed she got lost in town and the stranger offered to give her a ride home but took her to his house, “At eight years old in class two I used to walk from Mukuru Kayaba to Nairobi West to sale groundnuts and Leonard Mambo Mbotela used to be my big customer. He used to give me Sh1000 every time he used to see me.

I used to sell groundnuts from class two up to four. At this point while I was selling groundnuts, I was raped and I have never told anyone even my family doesn’t know.

Somebody took advantage of me when I was in class three, I was nine years old. My mum had warned not to go to Luna Park to sell groundnuts because she feared I would get lost. But I defied her and went, when it reached evening, I couldn’t remember home, so, I went on stage and I announced I was lost and if there was someone who could take me home to Mukuru Kayaba.

There was a guy who volunteered and he took me to his house and raped me, his wife was there breastfeeding. She took me to another room where I slept down on the tiles. This guy would leave his wife’s room and come to my room. But I didn’t understand, he gave me Sh1000.

When I got home the next day my mum asked me where I was but I did not say, a day later, I started having complications and they took me to hospital. I didn’t want to say what had happened because I knew my mum would kill me, so I denied and denied but I was treated.”
