ZARI HASSAN CONFIRMS SHE IS NOT DATING DIAMOND AND WHY SHE DOESN’T WANT TO GET MARRIED AGAIN

Popular Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan and Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz are in a positive place. The mother of five confirmed they are only co-parenting and not dating as many speculated, “I have never sat down and say I wanna get back with him or he wants to get back with me. At this moment in time, we are at a co-parenting level that is suitable for both of us. He gets to see the kids, to be in their lives and support them emotionally and financially. As a parent, we are happy to have him in our lives, getting back together is something that has not crossed my mind.”

She went on to wish him well if he decides to get married in the future, “I wish him well when he finds someone he can settle down with, he is doing great in music and now fatherhood. If he really gets someone good everybody will be happy.”

She also says she is looking for a life partner and doesn’t want to get married again, “Honestly no, I’m at the point where I am very independent, I can do for myself anything I want. Getting married is not on my mind, but to get a life partner. Right now, it’s too scary for me, even if there is prenup, I am a single parent and there are so many things I have done for my children. If I get someone to marry me, I feel like he will fight with my kids in the future. Life partner yes, marriage no, I am not going to sign my life away.”

Though she moved out of Diamond’s house, she is currently renting it out, “I was at a point where I could afford to buy another house. Baba T has never told me to move out of his house in South Africa. Even now he knows I am renting the house and collecting the rent, he has never asked about the money. He bought it for the kids and its only property they have in South Africa.”
