BRIDGET ACHIENG REUNITES WITH HER ESTRANGED NIGERIAN BABY DADDY IN SOUTH AFRICA

Businesswoman and event organizer Bridget Achieng has reunited with her baby daddy in Sandton, South Africa. The mother of one shared adorable videos of her son playing with him and wrote, “Family reunites its Christmas, father-son moment.”

February last year, after giving birth to her son Sekani Rich Opeyemii, Bridget opened up about being left by her baby daddy while two months pregnant.

The Nigerian man wanted her to get an abortion which left her heart broken, traumatized and depressed, “Since I got pregnant, I haven’t been taking interviews because I don’t want my story to be twisted. I got abandoned with the pregnancy at three months old. Since my baby daddy left, I have never set my eyes on him and he has never contacted me.

When you asked me to terminate my pregnancy when I was three months pregnant, I was all alone, disturbed and depressed, I don’t know what made you go away, I don’t know what made you run away.

I kept looking at myself in the mirror and asking ‘I’m I ugly? I’m doing this because a lot of girls out there need to hear it. Carrying this baby for the past nine months has been a dream come true. I don’t know why God chose you to be my child’s father over the other guys who treated me better.

Wherever you are, I just want you to know that I will never hold it against you. But I just want to say thank you for giving me my son,” she said.
