Jacqueline Ntuyabaliwe wife to the late billionaire Reginald Mengi has taken to social media to defend her late husband. In an Instagram post, Jacqueline says her husband wasn’t insane but intelligent. This comes after a Tanzanian High Court invalidated her late husband’s will.

In the ruling on May 18, Judge Yose Mlyambina said the will, which appointed, Benson Benjamin Mengi, William Onesmo Mushi, Zoebu Hassuji and Sylvia Novatus Mushi as trustees, did not meet the legal requirements to be regarded as a valid will.

According to The Citizen, the four had filed a suit seeking nomination to be administrators of the businessman’s estate following Mengi’s death in 2019 in Dubai, where he had been receiving treatment.
