‘PEOPLE USED TO CALL ME A HOE FOR MY LAVISH LIFESTYLE AND I WAS FRUSTRATED’ HUDDAH MONROE OPENS UP

Dubai-based Kenyan socialite Huddah Monroe called out people who termed her a hoe in the past over her lavish lifestyle. 

Through a series of statements she made on her Instagram page, the socialite noted that she used to fight back but it kept getting worse with time forcing her to stop. “In 2014, people used to call me a hoe so much because I used to live a rich ass lifestyle – Ibiza, Miami – without a job. I used to get angry and fight them so they kept going on harder than last time. I was always angry and frustrated. Attracting negativity always. Nothing I did was going on well because I surrounded myself with negative energy always,” she wrote. 

Huddah also recalled an instance where she was trolled on social media and called names, forcing her to retaliate with a statement wondering why whatever she does with her body bothers people. “One day I had an awakening, read so much negativity about me on social media and I posted and asked, “since I’m a hoe, why does what I do with my vagina bother you? As far as I’m concerned, this is my vagina and I can do what I want with it. Y’all have vaginas, you can sell too is you want, if you are a man you can sell your ass,” she added. 

Further, the socialite said that following her statement, social media users stopped calling her a hoe, adding that she never let whatever people say about her bother her anymore. “I didn’t accept. I didn’t reject. I just didn’t let it bother me anymore, and since then nobody ever called me a hoe again. Even if they do, maybe in their homes, because I never let what people say about me bother me. I stay focused,” she added.
