‘WITHOUT YOU I’M LOST’ AMINA MOHAMED’S DAUGHTER FIRYAL MOURNS HER DAD

Sports Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed’s daughter, Firyal Al Hossain has penned and emotional message to mourn her departed dad, Khalid Ahmed. 

Through her Instagram page, she shared a photo of her dad in a tea leaves plantation accompanied by her message. “You are my moon, my sun, my universe, my beginning, my end. Without you I’m lost. Daddy,” she wrote. 

According to the family, Ahmed took his final blow on Thursday morning, July 29 in Karen Hospital, Nairobi. He reportedly succumbed to a short illness in the incident that happened at around 5 am. Khalid, a father of two, was largely off public life while committed to his family and business.
