KALEKYE MUMO CELEBRATES PARENTS AS THEY MARK 51 YEARS OF MARRIAGE

Media personality Kalekye Mumo celebrated her parents anniversary in a lovely post on her socials. She posted a picture posing alongside her dad and mum accompanying it with a sweet message. “#TBT Today I am counting my biggest blessings, my parents. As I throw it back to last year August when we celebrated their 50th anniversary in a small immediate family only ceremony and reception,” she wrote. 

In her message, she thanked God for granting her parents good health to see another year together. “I am blessed that the Lord has kept them well and strong to see another year together in love. Why don’t you celebrate the million little things you have around you with me. For me today it’s my parents,” she added.  

In September 2020, Kalekye warmed the hearts of many after celebrating her dad as he turned 85 years old. Taking to Instagram, Kalekye shared her dad’s photo terming him as the man she would always look up to. 

The ex-radio presenter also described her father as the coolest guy she knows adding that she is grateful to have him as a father. “Stop the press. It’s my no.1’s birthday, 85-years old and still one of the coolest guys I know. I am so grateful for the years God has blessed you with. I pray he adds you many many more, happy birthday daddy,” she wrote.
