‘IF YOU’RE STILL CALLING ME ‘FEMI’ IN 2022, YOU’RE LAZY’ FENA GITU TELLS FANS

Musician Fena Gitu has urged her fans to pronounce her name right. In a social media post, the musician lamented that a section of her fans have been pronouncing her name as ‘Femi‘ instead of ‘Fena Guti‘ which is far from her name. 

Fena suggested that they get her name right or stop speaking to her. “If you’re still calling me “Femi” in 2022, you’re lazy and I don’t care for it. Or Fena Guti. Get my name right or don’t address me, periodt,” Fena wrote.

In 2019, Fena addressed reports that have she is a lesbian, stating that her sexuality is nobody’s business. She went on to say that she was not going to address the matter because what anyone does in their home is out of bounds for people out there. 

“I’m just single and out here but I’m focusing on my work. As for my sexuality, it’s no one’s business. Even you when people are always on your case in blogs and stuff, it’s no one’s business what you’re doing in your home and I don’t wanna feed that, I’m here because I’m a musician first,” Fena said.
