Popular radio personality Jalang’o has announced his departure from Kiss FM. The father of three made the announcement during his last day on the morning show and said, “After being told for a very long time that young people your time is coming, we are not young anymore and if we wait, the time we were told is coming will pass. To him that God had given much, much is expected. This is a clarion call for me to go try my hands in a very different profession, something that I have just dreamt of and wanted to be and try to make a difference in people’s lives and be a different kind of leader.”

Jalang’o thanked his bosses for giving him a chance to work with the station, “I want to thank the big boss and CEO of Kiss who has always been a friend and a brother and has always opened this door for me even when things look really dark on my side. Mr Patrick Quarcco I will never ever forget. You gave me my first chance in radio and you did it again and I know you can always do it for me. A big shoutout to Martin Kafafa our MD who has always been there and has always had a listening ear whenever we are pulling and pushing.”

He also thanked his co-presenter Kamene Goro “Big shout out to Kamene when they thought that it won’t work, Kamene and Jalas is the biggest morning show. When they doubted we have always delivered.
