HOW SINGLE KIASI ACTRESS MINNE KARIUKI MET HER HUSBAND OF 7 YEARS

After a break up, actress Minne Kariuki found love in musician Charles Muigai aka Lugz Kenya. Minne talked to Buzz Central and revealed how they met 10 years ago, “I met Lugz 10 years ago, I was a presenter at KBC, he used to role with Jaguar, he was his manager and business partner. I was interviewing Jaguar and he used to go everywhere with Lugz. We exchanged numbers but nothing much happened but his story is, he saw me on the streets, apparently his friend used to have a CD shop and I used to pass there to get my movie CD and go back home. One time he saw me, gave me a ride and we started texting me, he didn’t know my name and used to call me by my Tabasamu name Wivina. He was my number one fan, he used to know everything, even the Tabasamu theme song.”

On what made him the right man for her, she says he has always supported her and he loves God, “He is my very good friend, two his commitment to everything, Charles cannot leave anything halfway. Even going to the gym and he has been committed to me from day one until now. He loves God and he is so hardworking, his commitment to life, his purpose and people he loves plus his business acumen, you want someone who will see the betterment of himself 10 years from now. He is like a compass and he can even direct you. my ex was someone who wanted to stay at home and chew miraa and I didn’t like that.”

Minne also said dating a fellow artiste is good because they understand each other, “It makes it easier because we understand each other, being an artiste involves long and odd hours in the studio and he understands me leaving set at 3am. It makes it easier because we are creatives and he understands our craft.”
