MIKE SONKO CELEBRATES DAUGHTER AS SHE TURNS A YEAR OLDER

Former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko has penned a compassionate message to her firstborn daughter Saumu Mbuvi as she celebrates her birthday.

In an online post, Sonko couldn’t hide his joy and love for Saumu as he heaped praise on the mother of two, thanking her for making him one of the youngest proud grandfathers in history. “I’m proud of you for making me one of the youngest grandfathers in the world. Be strong and keep moving and achieve all that you wish for. Happy birthday my lovely daughter Saumu Mbuvi. Have a lovely life ahead! I love you so so much.” He wrote.

On his part, Saumu’s baby daddy Ben Gatu, the father of their firstborn daughter, shared her photo accompanying a sweet birthday message. He thanked Saumu for being the mother of their daughter while wishing her success in all her future endeavours. “In my youth, I met a great soul, and in our youth, we made memories and a daughter. You gave me a female version of me, and forever will be grateful. On your birthday, I wish you joy, love, good health, success, greatness, and above all, favour in God’s eyes and men (Lakini si mafisi) in the year ahead. Happy born day Saumu,” he said.

Saumu reposted the message and thanked her ex-lover for remembering him even when they had gone their separate ways.
