Kenyan actor Blessing Lung’aho celebrated his birthday in a special way on April 24, 2022. As he turned a year older, he took to Instagram to pen a sweet post to his mother in which he thanked her for raising him from childhood until coming of age to become the best version of the man he is.
“It’s the anniversary of the day my mother gave birth to the gentleman. I’m celebrating her today because she did all the work on that date, and I just showed up crying. So here’s to another trip around the Sun. Thanks, mom!” He wrote.
On her part, his girlfriend and former cast mate in the drama series Zora, Jackie Matubia, wrote a heartwarming birthday message to him with wishes for success in all his endeavours in life. “Help me wish this gentleman! A happy happy birthday… @blessinglungaho May God’s favor continue to follow you and good health and wealth.”
Surprisingly, Blessing made a marriage proposal to Jackie during his birthday and she gladly said ‘Yes!‘ The news of their engagement was first revealed by their close friends, Terence Creative, and his wife Milly Chebby, who congratulated the duo for taking the first stride towards marriage.
Jackie then shared a cute video capturing her hubby giving her a heated kiss before going down on one knee and popping the big question. “He proposed, and I said Yes! I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life laughing and loving you, always!” She captioned.
This development comes a few months after she made their relationship official on February 14, 2022, in a video that introduced Blessing as her baby daddy. The duo are expecting a baby together.
