NIYATI PATEL SPEAKS ON RELATIONSHIP WITH MICHELLE NTALAMI

Marini Naturals co-founder Niyati Patel has elaborated on her long-standing ‘friendship’ with co-founder Michelle Ntalami in a Question and Answer session with fans on Instagram.

On how the duo met, she says that they started their friendship years ago when they were working at an advertising company, and it has managed to withstand storms as they have nurtured it by love, trust, and loyalty.

“Michelle and I met 10 years ago. We used to work in an advertising firm called ScanAd Africa. It was my lucky day,” she wrote. “Friendships or any other relationships take time to grow. You need to make sure your building blocks – love, trust, and loyalty – are always strong.” She added.

When asked whether they are dating, she jokingly said, “I am not her type” clarifying that they are best friends and vowed to stick by each other’s side forever.

After Michelle was involved in a messy break up with Bold Network Africa founder Makena Njeri, a curious fan wanted to know whether she is currently on good terms with Makena. She confessed that they no longer communicate like before, but she never holds grudges.

“We are not as close as we used to be. No one can ever be okay with someone putting a loved one through so much pain. I watched Michelle Ntalami go through it all, and it was painful to see. But I have no ill feelings towards her ex.” Michelle parted ways with Makena after she allegedly cheated on her.
