LARRY MADOWO GRADUATES FROM COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY

After disappearing from the screens for months, Kenyan media personality and CNN international correspondent Larry Madowo has resurfaced, celebrating another milestone in his life.

Through his Instagram page, Madowo shared his graduation photo, donning a blue academic gown. He announced that he was graduating from Columbia University’s School of Journalism, where he was pursuing a post-graduate degree in Business and Economics Journalism. He was to graduate two years ago, but the in-person graduation had been suspended, possibly because of the Covid 19 pandemic that had hit the world.

“My in-person graduation from @Columbia was delayed by 2 years, but it was still special. I came back to New York to confirm that my master’s in Business & Economics Journalism was real. It is & they haven’t changed their minds.” He wrote.
