LUPITA NYONG’O FEATURED IN NEW BLACK PANTHER MOVIE ‘WAKANDA FOREVER’
Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong’o is set to grace the screens once more in the second sequel of Black Panther movie dubbed Wakanda Forever.
In an official teaser trailer released by Marvel Studios, Lupita appears as one of the casts who will be featured in the movie. Sharing the trailer on her social media page, she said, “The universe of Wakanda is expanding and you have a lot to look forward to.”
The movie pays tribute to Chadwick Boseman, the lead of the 2018 hit Black Panther who died in August 2020 after an undisclosed battle with colon cancer. “For us as a cast, having lost our king, Chadwick Boseman, that was a lot to process, and in many ways, we’re still processing it. When you lose someone, I don’t know when you stop missing them. And of course, we felt it so much, making this film without him,” Lupita told the Hollywood Reporter. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hits theatres November 11.
