FIRST LADY RACHEL RUTO HOSTS MKONO WA BWANA HITMAKERS AT STATE HOUSE
First Lady Rachel Ruto on Wednesday hosted popular Tanzanian music group Zabron choir at State House.
Taking to social media, Rachel shared photos with the choir together with the head of state William Ruto, “He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the LORD and put their trust in him. Psalm 40:3. It was a pleasure hosting the Zabron Choir earlier today when they paid a courtesy call at State House. They are well known for their popular songs Mkono Wa Bwana and Usiniache,” she wrote on Instagram.
Zabron music group was the second guest to be hosted by the First Lady after she was visited by Ghananian Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia earlier on Wednesday. The choir was also one of the guest performers during President Ruto’s swearing-in ceremony at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani. The group is known for their popular hit singles Sweetie Sweetie, Mkono Wa Bwana and Usiniache among others.
