MUSICIAN NANDY LAUNCHES WOMEN ONLY RECORD LABEL

Tanzanian musician Faustina Mfinanga alias Nandy has officially launched her own record label dubbed The African Princess.

Nandy made the announcement on Monday, January 17 revealing she will only be representing women, “I am very happy to officially bring you the African Princess Label! A label that will only involve women! We have seen there are a few women in the industry because they don’t have courage, we believe and pray that the African princess label will increase the number of women who have big dreams of becoming musicians!“

The Ninogeshe hitmaker also said the label will sign artistes across Africa, “It is my great hope that the media, blogs, fans will receive us wholeheartedly and give us financial support so that we can achieve the dreams of helping women. But this label is not just for Tanzanians! It is an Africa label. So we expect to see different talents from different countries. That is why it is called the African Princess Label.
