‘I AM NOT A DRUNKARD’ KAREN NYAMU SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT

Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has denied claims that she is a drunkard. While responding to the drama that happened in Dubai, where almost got into a fight with Samidoh’s wife Edday Nderitu. 

Nyamu said she is a social drinker, “If I may ask this alcohol was made for who? Guys think I am a drunkard but I am not. Heineken is my drink but on that day I drank hard liquor. Plus I don’t drink everyday, I am a social drinker.” On whether she regrets the incident, she said, “That day was wild but I don’t regret it. In this life I am free.”

On December 17 2022,after her dramatic encounter in Dubai, she dumped the Samidoh via social media, “Great and powerful women will attest that many times our weakest link is the men we get involved with. I am stopping the pattern. I have made a conscious decision to end for good my involvement with the father of my babies and now ex, Samidoh Muchoki.

You know guys I have no regrets from last night, I do wish I did my things differently. I however promise you that it is the last time your girl will ever be  involved in a situation like that ever again. I am very fortunate to be bestowed upon me with the honour and responsibility of leadership in this country. To be a people’s representative in parliament is an opportunity I treasure and I take very seriously.”
