‘I FOUND A LUMP IN MY BREAST’ ACTRESS NINI WACERA OPENS UP

Country Queen actress Nini Wacera has opened up about a lump she recently discovered on one of her breasts. 

The mother of one said she noticed the lump in August last year, “I’m starting to see death as a possibility, my immortality is an inevitable part of my life and it scares me. It makes me question, I’m I enough or have I done enough. Last August, I found a lump in my breast right above my heart. I was home in Elementaita in a celebratory mode, I was on top of my world. In that moment when I felt my t-shirt wet and sticky against my skin from nipple discharge. I was filled with fear, utter terror, ooh Jesus I must have cancer.”

The actress also says she blamed herself for the lump, “I was swept in anger towards myself, fear and despair. I was thinking about my daughter. I can leave her in this world alone so soon and I blamed it on myself. I instantly moved into self reproach, I must have done this to myself. It must be the smoking, it must be my carnivorous diet or it must be the lack of exercise. I should know this isn’t my fault but I was so deep into the self blame that I moved from the physical destruction into the emotional destruction.”
