MC FULLSTOP SPEAKS ABOUT BATTLING CHRONIC ILLNESS

Reggae MC John Maina alias MC Fullstop has opened up about battling Tuberculosis (TB).

The reggae emcee said his left lung has totally collapsed and he is now using one. “Hii imeenda, literally. My left lung has totally collapsed, I have only one left. In 2021 I was diagnosed with TB of the lungs and lost my lungs completely. In 2022 I got TB of the throat and I lost my voice, running, walking, speaking is a problem.”

MC Fullstop thanked those who have supported him in this difficult period, “The lungs unlike the liver, it can’t be healed, I’ll have to organise myself here, I see myself hanging boots. I just wanna say thanks to those who have supported me in these difficult moments. God bless you so much.”
