POLITICIAN JOYCE LAY OPENS UP ON DIVORCE AND TAKING CARE OF HUSBAND WHO SUFFERED HEART ATTACK

Former Taita women rep Joyce Lay, has revealed how tough it was taking care of  her husband following the heart attack he suffered last year.

In a lengthy post, Lay said, “Late last year my husband Bill Lay, suffered a heart attack. He went through an open, triple bypass heart surgery, right here in Kenya early this year. We have a big testimony and he’s willing to come to The Joyce Lay Show soon, and share with the world. 

Before this incident, we had gone through an earthquake moment in our marriage, but I stood strong for both of us…. and I was there to walk with Bill at each step. Terence was there too, to cheer him up. Our story is a story of grace, and forgiveness. God Has really shown Himself faithful, in our lives. He Has given Bill a second chance, just as per what He told him; in one of his dreams in 2020.”

She went on to add that before his heart attack, they had divorced and reconciled four years later. “Let’s pray for Bill to gather courage to testify. We defeat the devil by our testimony. As he speaks of the greatness of God in his life, so will his permanent health be restored back in Jesus Name. We have seen God in our lives.
