AKOTHEE REVEALS HER SH7 MILLION WEDDING BUDGET

Singer and businesswoman Esther Akoth, alias Akothee is all set for her luxury wedding scheduled for April 10.

In a post on her Instagram page, Akothee said her wedding budget is Sh7 million. “Heeee, Sasa wedding yangu mtanipa pressure? My budget is Sh7 million so?”

The singer recently trended after revealing that her wedding gown cost about Sh700,000. “I have tried marriage three times but I have only been married once by the father of my daughters. The two other white men never married me. My gown cost me Sh691,000 (4800 Swiss franc). People know celebrities love clout but not me. I made money a long time ago. I bought the gown because my husband has already paid for the wedding.” She spent Sh172,000 (1,200 Swiss franc) on her wedding shoes.

Akothee also said she would like to be buried in everything she will wear on her wedding day, “I know people don’t like to talk about death but I would like to make it easy for my family. The way I will be dressed on my wedding day is the same way I want to be buried.”
