MINNE KARIUKI ON PREGNANCY LOSS AND BATTLING ALOPECIA

Single Kiasi actress Minne Kariuki is getting real about her emotions after revealing she suffered a pregnancy loss.

Speaking on Episode 8 of Real Housewives of Nairobi, Minne said she cried the whole night, “I have been doing well but not great. It’s been too much for the last two months, my husband Charles lost his father and I lost the baby. It’s still very fresh because there is one time I could even leave my bedroom. There is a day I cried the whole night and what makes me feel bad. I know Charles wants children. I just feel I have figured everything else in my life but this baby thing.”

The mother of one also said she decided to chop off her hair after she was diagnosed with Alopecia, “I decided to cut my hair because I was going through alopecia, it is hormonal. Right after I got my daughter, I was battling it and I just couldn’t accept that I was going through it. I was literally bald so I decided to cut my hair and it grew back healthy. They have to get to the root cause of alopecia and mine was stress.”
