FEMI ONE’S FOUNDATION PARTICIPATES IN FIRST-EVER MENSTRUAL EQUITY SUMMIT

Renowned Kenyan artiste and philanthropist, Femi One along with her foundation, One For One Foundation, participated in the historic first-ever Menstrual Equity Summit held in Nanyuki. The two-day event brought together a remarkable lineup of industry speakers, including Diana Odhiambo, the Gender Equality Advocacy Director for Better4Kenya. This summit epitomised brilliance, purpose, and action in a single location.

As a staunch advocate for menstrual equity, Femi One has been actively working towards creating a world where every girl and woman has access to safe and hygienic menstrual products. Through her foundation, One For One, she has been instrumental in providing menstrual supplies to underserved communities and raising awareness about the importance of menstrual hygiene.

Femi One expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to join forces with industry leaders and fellow advocates at the Menstrual Equity Summit. She emphasised the urgency of tackling period poverty and reaffirmed her commitment to making a difference in the lives of countless girls and women.
