HOW CELEBRITIES MARKED FATHER’S DAY

On Sunday, June 18 celebrities took to social media and celebrated the men who helped shape them into the humans they are today. Marking the special day, celebrities shared some precious and unseen photos with heartfelt notes for their dear daddies.

New anchor Victoria Rubadiri, shared a throwback photo with her dad and said, “My faith, taste in music, movies, cars, even my current career are because of this man. His quiet influence shows up in so many areas of my life. But the greatest contribution he’s made to my life is being my Dad! I know I’m biased but he’s one of a kind. A real One!!! Radio personality Kamene Goro posted a sweet note to her husband DJ Bonez, “Happy Fathers Day my love. It takes a lot to be a Father like you and May abundance always be your portion for the amazing Dad you are. Be blessed always, may God open all doors for you to continue to be an amazing father. Happy Fathers Day @deejaybonez254.”

TV personality Lilian Muli surprised her fans when she posted a photo of her baby daddy, “Happy Fathers’ Day to this good man. You are loved by us. I celebrate you today for being a good man and an even better father.” 

Actress Lupita Nyong’o said, “A teacher, leader, a husband and dad. A guiding light, you’re our launching pad. Daddy, Daddy, we love you. Wishing my dad @anyangnyongo a wonderful #FathersDay with deep gratitude for your example and love!”

Musician Victoria Kimani called her father the coolest dad, “Happy Father’s Day to the coolest Dad. God really Blessed me with You. This is where the music comes from. Also Happy Father’s Day to all of the Amazing Dads out there!”
