MWALIMU RACHEL CELEBRATES SAILORS DOWNFALL

By  |

Popular Kenyan music group Sailors, is at the centre of another controversy after one of its members, Peter Miracle Baby, said that the group’s downfall was after they signed a new record deal.

According to Miracle Baby, the new record label offered the group free audio and video production and the group decided to part ways with their manager, radio personality Mwalimu Rachel.

Responding to Miracle Baby’s claims, Mwalimu Rachel accused the group of being greedy, “Because no one will tell my story for me, I will tell it. Stop blaming “cartels” You got greedy. You lacked patience. I warned you. Instead you went out tarnishing my name saying I stole from you 15 million per month. Lol. Sasa kinawaramba. Nilisema one day the truth shall come out. Seems the day is here.”

The media personality called out Peter for blaming the cartels, “Now after damaging my reputation and good name, which I am still working on building you say cartels came all the way to finish you/ Heh! Sit mimi Tena who killed your careers? Ok! Good to know Thanks for clearing that up but let the people now see for themselves how you lied.

She also opened up on facing harassment from Kenyans, “I remember when I called my mother one afternoon before my radio show in tears. She comforted me and she told me “every tear you shed shall be paid back Muthoni. Let go and let God. I had been trending for like a week. Insults being hurled at me. And not a day did I miss work to run and hide. Not a day! I still showed up because in that studio I find joy and I refused to let the devil steal my joy. My dear, refuse to die. No matter your circumstances! Refuse!”
