DIAMOND PLATNUMZ ADDRESSES CLAIMS OF COPYING NIGERIAN MUSICIANS

Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz has responded to Nigerian musicians days after he was accused of copying them.

In a social media post, Diamond said Nigerian musicians also sample other musicians music and claim it as theirs. “When others do it, you will hear that they are genius, wise and have sampled it but when we do it, we copied it! They would have bragged about it saying this is our music. Why have they gone to copy Amapiano? They have even written it for them . Nyenyenye nyenyenye fyuuu.”

According to Unothordox Reviews Twitter account, Diamond has sampled seven Nigerian music .
