ELSA MAJIMBO ON WHY SHE IS EMBRACING A LIFE OF SOLITUDE

Kenyan comedian Elsa Majimbo says she is living a life of solitude.

Taking to TikTok, Majimbo said she has isolated herself for over four months, “I have been alone for the past four months, like literally alone. Just me, myself, isolated and it’s a choice. I haven’t really seen anyone except when I’m going to the market and stuff. I’m so happy. I love hanging out with myself, eating by myself and going to sleep because I know the next morning I’m waking up next to myself.”

Majimbo also stated every time she is in public she can’t wait to leave and be by herself, “You know people say oh, you want to be alone until you do it. But it’s been months and I wish it could last forever. I don’t know what it is about me but being alone is paradise to me. This is my ideal fan. Even when I’m outside like let’s say I have to work or I have to go to an embassy, things that are unavoidable or things that I’m forced to do. Every single time I’m outside in those areas, I think about when I will leave the place to be by myself and be with the best company I know, me.”
