NADIA NAKAI SHAMES KENYA AIRWAYS FOR LOST BAG

Musician Nadia Nakai has called out Kenya Airways for losing her bag.

The Young, Famous and African star went on to reveal has called the airline on numerous occasions. “At Official Kenya Airways, you have lost my bag and now you are radio silent. I have been trying to call all day, nobody picks up, My bag was supposed to arrive at 7am this morning.” Nadia stated. 

In a different post, Nadia shared a post from Kenya Airways where the airline said the flight operations had been affected by bad weather, “We would like to advise our guests on expected flight schedule changes due to bad weather resulting in turn-backs/ diversion and three of our aircraft undergoing unscheduled technical maintenance have been returned to service by Monday evening,” the statement read.

However, Kenya Airways assured travellers they are working to restore normalcy in the flight schedule, “We will send communication and updates to all affected guests directly by message or email,” they said.
